hello! my life sucks! all the good things i gained last year is fading fast... i dunno i think I'm jinxed... I'm back in my lame life again... well lets look at the bright side... is there any? yes family.... no matter how long is your journey family is still there no matter what... cliche isn't it?

but for now I'm still waiting for my hero... but i guess that's me... my own works to save my life..

Recently paroled Bobby Reynolds attempts to make a new life for himself by getting a job, reconnecting with a former girlfriend and moving into his mother's apartment, vacant since her untimely death. Sadness is a state of feeling lonely and depress.
You feel as if you are the only one who is suffering and nobody cares about you.
You feel that everything is so hopeless and nobody can help you.
But is this correct ? Maybe you are correct and maybe not.

If you are reading this, it means that some part of you is still seeking out to be helped. And that is a good sign. All of us, sometimes in the past, has at least gone through this state of sadness. Some of us were able to get through it, but for most, it was a disappointment. This is because, these state of sadness is brought on by various causes and our approach towards it. You must not blame yourself for those sad feeling.
Sometimes, it is just beyond your control; if you don’t understand its causes.

Some of the causes may be mild and some may be grave and serious. Everybody approach differently to negative stimulus . Some can’t even get over a small setback or bad news; while others can triumph over a mountain of obstacles.

How do you get rid of sadness?
This bring us to the point, whatever it is, it is you who is the determining point in deciding, whether you allow yourself to be hurt by that sadness or not. It is you, who will be giving yourself that 'permission' to be sad, to be so sad, to be very sad, to be greatly sadden or NOT to be sad. Whichever state of sadness is up to you.

You choose it.
You allow yourself to choose it. Or you can just ignore it.
The choice is in your hands. Since sadness is just a state, you can replace that state by

some positive state e.g happiness. You can make yourself happy for that moment by thinking of some previous happy events, some jokes or occasions that really tickles you and can make you laugh.

Change your feeling about yourself and you will change your outlook of the world. You can control your mental activities and your behaviour. If you think you can, then you certainly can or vice versa. It is important to know that emotions like sadness or depression do not just happen to you. You don’t just “catch” depression. Like every other results in your life, you create it through specific mental and physical actions. You can manage the process of producing certain emotional states by managing your internal communication.

Compare this to the job of a movie director. The director can produce the desired emotions by adjusting the light, sound and actions. So, if he wants to produce a sad occasion, he will dim the light and have a melancholic music in the background. If he wants a happy result, he will make sure that the light is bright with cheerful music in the background. The actress will also “put on” a happy smile. You may say that this is unreal and not genuine. Then tell me what is really realistic and genuine in this world. It is you and your inner YOU that can make it happen and real.

The realness of this world is seen through your eyes and heart. If you think it is real, then it is real. So, if you wake up every morning with a happy face and happy thought, then your day throughout will be happy. If you think you cannot think of any happy thought, then create one. Be creative and imaginative. This is much better than to think of sad events. Think of your mind as liken to a radio. Just turn the channel to happy music. It is that easy. What so difficult about that.

Your mind is similar to a cabinet of various memories. There are many happy and sad memories. Keep those happy memories and just throw away those sad memories. Please do not stuff your mind with rubbish. They do not benefit you, so why keep them. Try keeping a dead rat in your rubbish bin for a few days and you will know what I mean. Can you imagine the kind of foul smell that can emits from a dead rat? Can you accept living with bad foul smell in your house? If not, so why keep bad and horrible memories in your clean pristine mind?

“In the Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz writes, “Through the word, you express your creative power. It is through the word, you manifest everything. … your intent manifests through your word. Depending on how it is used, the word can set you free, or it can enslave you even more than you know.”

You become what you think. Believe me. This is very serious. If you think of unhappy things most of the times, you will definitely be unhappy. So, in order to be happy, always think of happy thought. Positive thought will attract positive behavior and positive states. Will yourself to think positively. If you cannot, then at least say to yourself that you will allow yourself only 5 minutes to think of whatever that hurts you. Then, after that time is over, go on living and start thinking of good thought only. Force yourself to do this. If you think you can, then you will. So, as Don Miguel Ruiz said, “ ….your intent manifests through your word. Depending on how it is used, the word can set you free, or it can enslave you even more than you know.”

We can become what we think about most of the time. Eventually, we will become what we say about ourselves. If you continuously tell yourself that you are so sad, then you will certainly become what you subconsciously intent to be. On the other hand, if you viciously say that you don’t intend to be sad and to stop thinking about it or to feel sadness, then you will certainly free yourself from the clutch of sadness. In place of sadness, you must replace it with something else. No two things occupy the same space. You cannot think of sadness and happiness at the same time. So you have the choice. The freedom to choose sadness or happiness is in your hand. Nobody is forcing you. You are the master of your destiny and fate.

Don’t blame fate for all the bad things that happens to you. You must be honest to yourself. If you keep finding for excuses or some scapegoat, then you will not be able to change for the better. If you always blame on your parents, siblings, friends, colleague, boss, society, environment, etc for all the bad things that happen to you, you will always find the excuses. If you purposely set out to avoid looking for excuses, then you will not look for excuses for your sadness.

Speak well of yourself always and you’ll begin believing it. Never think badly of yourself. Love yourself. Tell yourself that you are your own best friend. Imagine, every morning when you wake up, you have some important task to do. Imagine that many people will depend on you. Imagine that you always have some direction for the day. Each day is a very meaningful day for you and very important to you. Start the day with some guideline and direction for the day at hand. You will set out each day with a purpose and you will be very happy for it.

A person without purpose is a dead person. A person in a desert or ocean without a compass can be lost easily (unless you know how to read the stars). So, always find a reason for your purpose in life. Are you living for yourself, for your parents, family, siblings, society, environment, etc. When you have a purpose, you will find that you are useful for yourself and for others. Never look down on yourself. You don’t have to wait until you are rich to be helpful. You don’t need to be very intelligent to be helpful. You just need to have the correct attitude towards life.

Imagine that people are seeking you out for friendship, for help, for advice and support. So you are living not only for yourself but also for others; your family, your siblings, your friends and for society. Today you feel great. You are also proud of yourself. You will also feel confident in your ability to create and to live the life that you want and choose. Nobody can stop you from feeling good except yourself. So don’t blame other people or things.

How you feel about yourself plays an important role in your ability to live your best life. You can and will surely get what you want; if you really want it. You will see life in a positive manner. No two things can occupy the same space. So, always think and feel positively and do not let yourself surrender to think and feel negatively. So, either you want to feel positively or negatively; that is your choice.

Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; and responsibility for all your actions.

If you don’t even respect yourself, do you expect others to respect you? So, before expecting others to respect you; you must respect and love yourself. What can be more important than that? Don’t you think that everybody is created differently and uniquely? No two person are the same. Each and everybody are created differently and uniquely. Everybody is a wonderful creation of God. Everybody is valuable in the eyes of God. So, love and respect yourself. Don’t take yourself too lightly. i feel soo bad!... i wanna kill my self!.. i hate myself!... when i thought my life is worst, here comes the worser... when will be my life can get easier,.. im in a deepsh*it right now... im fainting................. life is soo rude!... I FEEL SO DOWN!!!!... but oh well... life goes on and think life is like a wheel that in times youre in the top and sometimes youre on the bottom.... (but it still feels bad) and remember that what dost kill you only makes you stronger.... thank for all the concerns, but your concerns make me hate myself!!!.... tama na pls... if i could just kill my feeling and be numb foevahh!!!

i wanna be in love lately...its really weird! though i don't have someone to share my love with..sigh. and im fellin' abit of 90's lately, sudenlly im craving for 90's-80's songs! especially new waves.. its really unusual coz i play hiphop and rnb musics...

this month was a busy month! it was stressing, but fun!!
im having this personal project thats keeping me busy, its an animation about love! well actually no one knows about this project, im a kind of person who dosnt exposure. im really sensitive about what im doing... its complicated. i cant explain... its a very artistic matter.. hehehe
.
we bought hdtv today.. and i don't really care about the kind of tv im using, its the tv program that counts... but my brother really want the sumsung hdtv for gaming matters. so i was like "im ok with it"

also school is getting tougher and tougher!! i feel like i wanna drop my subjects!! im a lazy person im a typcal badboy, rebel kind of dude... so what! i still have my prerogative! right?! but i dont look on that side of life! i mean i still have dreams and frustrations. right?! and im 16 and still young for changing, all i need is to keep my dream set in motion..

many people says im a madman! im a crazy smart guy, who loves studying and learning but hates schooling!! well i don't have complains with that.....

im trying to update this dlog i mean blog as much as i can! but im lazy remember??! so thats it im sleepy.... zzz

kiwas kristo concert

kiwas kristo means move for JESUS, kiwas is a deep filipino term for move...

it was a display of musics and dances.

it is consists of three major universities here in pangasinan.

UNIVERSITY OF PANGASINAN,

UNIVERSITY OF LUZON

and my school

LYCEUM NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY

it was held at the dagupan city peoples astrodome.

it was a two day concert august 30 & 31 (i also attended twice hehe..)

the performers for the concert are:

university of Luzon theater and dance company

university of Luzon chamber chorus

university of pangasinan dance troupe

malayang tinig (university of pangasinan)

lyceum northwestern university dance troupe

lyceum northwestern university chorale

university of Luzon is always been amazing since the first time i saw them perform.(1st year hs)they were the best during the kiwas kristo concert, that's their schools field of superiority anyway!

the display of university of pangasinan wasn't that terrible although is wasn't that good also

the problem is in the choreography(of their dance) not in their performance.

and lyceum northwestern university, they were the second best performers..that's becoz university of Luzon has a 1 musical director, 2 make-up artists, 2 costume masters, 1 assoc. dir/script writer and 1 artistic director/choreographer,. while lyceum only have 1 choreographer and a p.a. despite of that fact, they were almost as good as each other.

i got my eyes teary at the finale, in which the music is i believe by Yolanda Adams, i was surprise its not we're all in this together- high school musical and i was glad bout it, coz this song that song is already overdone

to all who doesn't know these three schools have a conflict. that's why the theme unity were dismissed by the audience and u.l. and lyceum had a fight during the middle part of the concert

the lyceans are in the right box of the astrodome and u.l. are in the opposite side.

the fight was done by litting their cellphones to each other and the brightest wins.. i guess..(i was extremely laughing) anyway its human nature!!..

3 day feast for the mind ang senses

I'm so lucky, i was given a chance to attend the last day of the 3rd music and art festival back door ventures in SM megamall trade hall 3, i had sooo much fun!! although i was sad coz the MTV booth is already empty-space... that was my favorite booth the last time i attended back door ventures..

what i like about music and arts festival is... they're inducing the Filipino arts (the real arts of Filipino and untouched by Spaniards) like printed shirts on baybayin (an ancient Filipino language),and tribal like musics (pinikpikan style) thats what makes me proud in this festival...
. there are a lot of performances! like flamenco dance comp., dj lupin(turntables), project ganemyde(they play techno music w/ semi-traditional style) and alotta more!!!(i attended on the last day only)

remember cliff? the guy in bring it on, if you like him then good news, he got the lead role in the hollywood remake of the echo aka. sigaw. also done by the same director yam laranas,( its his hollywood debut!). with a filipino actress iza calzado. whoaa!! im so pcsyced about this!

jesse will play the role of bobby, an excon having a laylow in a creepy apartment! that'll be a good excuse for renting a odd creppy place. coz the excuse in the original movie was like a drug trip or what!...

iza will be playing the role of gina. i like her role coz. oppresing filipinos in other countries actualy happends, socialy, physically and mentaly oppressed. sad..

i realy love the concept and ideas in death note, it has a manga, live movie, novel, anime version.sana i-remake to' ng gma as a series or movie. that would be great!!

The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
